Wayne Bank recently announced the promotion of Stephanie Schuman to Bank Officer and Accounting Manager.

In her new role, Schuman will oversee accounts payable, daily reconciliations, fixed assets, and other key accounting functions to help ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the bank’s financial operations.

Schuman earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and brings more than seven years of accounting experience to Wayne Bank.

Active in the community, Schuman serves as Treasurer for Wayne Highlands Elementary Wrestling and Youth Football, while also volunteering as a coach and co-chair coordinator. She is a 10-year member and former President of the Honesdale Jaycees and is also a member of Grace Ridge Church.

Schuman resides in Honesdale with her husband, Kyle, and their two children.

Wayne Bank Promotes Ryan Ehrhardt To Assistant Vice President And Commercial Loan Officer

Wayne Bank recently announced the promotion of Ryan Ehrhardt to Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer.

In his new role, Ehrhardt will continue working closely with local businesses to identify financial goals and provide lending solutions that support long-term growth and economic development throughout the communities Wayne Bank serves. Active within the region, Ehrhardt serves as a board member for the Chamber of the Northern Poconos and resides in the Lake Wallenpaupack area.

Wayne Bank Promotes Brandon Garnett To Bank Officer And Commercial Loan Officer

Wayne Bank recently announced the promotion of Brandon Garnett to Bank Officer and Commercial Loan Officer.

In his new role, Garnett will oversee client relationship management, loan origination and structuring, credit analysis, and business development initiatives. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and relationship building throughout the communities Wayne Bank serves.

Citizens Savings Bank In Clarks Summit Announces Promotion

Ms. McNichols has been promoted to the position of Vice President/Loan Operations in the
Administrative Offices in Clarks Summit, effective April 2026. She joined the Bank in March 2008
as Teller in the Bank’s South Scranton branch office, was later promoted to Customer Service
Specialist, Collector, and then moved to the Loan Operations Department, where she was
named Assistant Loan Operations Manager in 2019. McNichols was elevated to her most recent
role as Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager in May 2022.


Ms. McNichols will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the Bank’s loan
servicing activities and related functions, providing customer service, and participating in special
assignments as directed by the Bank’s leadership. Ms. McNichols resides in Scranton.

Citizens Savings Bank Announce Promotion of Kathy Sedorovitz

Ms. Sedorovitz has been promoted to the position of AVP/Compliance & BSA in the Administrative Offices in Clarks Summit, effective January 1, 2026. She joined Citizens Savings Bank in June 2011 as a teller and was later promoted to eBanking specialist, followed by her most current role as Assistant Deposit Operations/eBanking Manager.

Ms. Sedorovitz will assist management in keeping up to date with compliance issues, be the central point of contact and coordination of all regulatory/legal compliance changes and to ensure that the Bank follows all regulatory requirements. The position will also act as BSA Compliance Officer to develop, implement and administer effective written BSA/AML and Compliance Programs. This position will advise the Board of Directors, management and department personnel of emerging compliance issues and will consult and guide the bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.

Ms. Sedorovitz resides in Scranton with her husband. They have one adult daughter.
