The Dime Bank Announces Promotion of Riley P. Terysen to Assistant Vice President

The Dime Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Riley P. Terysen to Assistant Vice President, IT Applications Analyst.

Terysen joined The Dime Bank in May 2016 and has built a distinguished career over the past decade through dedication, leadership, and a commitment to serving both customers and colleagues. In his new role, he serves as the technical liaison for technology initiatives supporting The Dime Bank’s retail, Customer eXperience Center (CXC), human resources and training departments. He partners closely with each business unit to identify and address business and technology needs, improve processes and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Prior to his promotion, Terysen served as IT applications analyst, where he was responsible for supporting technology initiatives across various departments. His work has helped strengthen collaboration between business units and technology teams while advancing strategic operational goals.

Before transitioning to the information technology department, Terysen progressed through several retail banking positions at The Dime Bank, including teller, customer service representative, assistant branch manager and branch manager. In these roles, he delivered exceptional customer service while overseeing branch operations and leading the growth, development and performance of staff members.

Terysen has ten years of banking experience, all with The Dime Bank. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Accounting, both from Lackawanna College. Active in the community, Terysen is a member of the Honesdale Area Jaycees and Freedom Lodge #88 IOOF.
