The Dime Bank Promotes Jennifer Tagle

President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Bochnovich announced the promotion of Jennifer Tagle to Assistant Vice President, Application Services Manager at The Dime Bank.

Jennifer Tagle joined The Dime Bank in 2003 as a computer operator. She was promoted in 2011 to IT specialist, taking care of both application and network operations. After several years, Tagle moved into an applications-based role as IT applications specialist, concentrating on all facets of the applications The Dime Bank support. Tagle was then promoted to IT applications analyst and then IT application services supervisor. In her new role as assistant vice president application services manager, Tagle oversees The Dime Bank’s software systems, setup of applications, and user interfaces that support all business units within The Dime Bank. She assists with configuration of the applications and systems and creates documents to support the end users. Tagle also supervises the IT applications analyst and performs data analysis and reporting as requested.

Tagle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from Mansfield University. Jenn Tagle said, “I’ve enjoyed my time here and have been fortunate to work with many different and knowledgeable people over the years here who have helped me along the way.”

HNB Bank Promotes Skylar Grove

Thomas E. Sheridan Jr., President, and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, has announced Skylar Groover has been promoted to Branch Supervisor of HNB’s Hallstead Office.

In making the announcement Sheridan stated, “Skylar has been an essential part of the HNB Family in our Susquehanna County community.” He continued, “Her local knowledge and ability to adapt to support each and every customer has shown true to her dedication here at HNB.”

As Branch Supervisor, Groover will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Hallstead Office as well as connecting with customers to understand how to better serve the community.

She is a graduate of Montrose Area High School and is working toward a degree in Marine Science with a focus in Geology.

Groover began her career in the financial industry in 2020 as a part-time teller at HNB. She went on to become a full-time teller, then accepted a position as CSR and now Branch Supervisor.

In commenting on her new role at the bank, Groover noted, “Coming into work at HNB, I had no knowledge of the banking industry, but I never felt like I wasn’t supported.” She continued, “I have been allowed room to grow my knowledge and make mistakes along the way, only to find an amazing group of people ready to lend a hand.”

Geisinger Promotes Cardiologist

Pugazhendhi Vijayaraman, M.D., has been promoted to chief of clinical electrophysiology for Geisinger.

In his new role, Dr. Vijayaraman oversees the integration and growth of services for patients with heart-rhythm disorders across the health system. These arrhythmias include tachycardia (fast heart rate), bradycardia (slow heart rate) and atrial fibrillation (AFib) among others.

A Geisinger provider since 2005, Dr. Vijayaraman specializes in cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac ablation and cardiac device implantation. He is world-renowned for his research and clinical expertise in conduction system pacing, which stimulates the heart’s natural electrical conduction system to correct rhythm disorders and has improved patient outcomes. An authority on innovative methods of implantation, he has educated Geisinger fellows as well as physicians from across the globe.

“For the past 17 years, it’s been my pleasure to serve our communities and help grow electrophysiology services for our patients,” Dr. Vijayaraman said. “I look forward to making better health easier for more of our friends and neighbors as we continue to expand the outstanding electrophysiology care available to them close to home.”

Before accepting his position as chief of clinical electrophysiology, Dr. Vijayaraman served as director of electrophysiology labs for Geisinger’s northeast region and program director of Geisinger’s clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship — roles he continues to serve. His presence and leadership at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center were integral to the hospital’s investment in its electrophysiology suite, which has expanded availability to patients in the region and established the medical center as a destination for heart-rhythm care.

Dr. Vijayaraman will work closely with regional chiefs of cardiology and the chair of Geisinger’s Department of Cardiology, George Ruiz, M.D., to coordinate electrophysiology care across the system, create new programs that complement clinical efforts, provide our communities with expanded clinical expertise and review any clinical quality challenges that arise.

The Dime Bank Promotes Michael D. Borick

The Dime Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Bochnovich announced the promotion of Michael D. Borick to Vice President, Controller.

Michael Borick joined The Dime Bank in 2015 as a mortgage loan processor. He was promoted in 2016 to Accounting Supervisor. Prior to joining The Dime Bank, Borick worked as an assistant controller at a manufacturing company. Within his new role as controller, Borick will manage the finance department in accounting and regulatory functions including overseeing the bank’s daily accounting operations, providing insight to investment alternatives considering liquidity needs, yield, and conformance to asset and liability requirements and guidelines, producing all regulatory reports, and other related activities.

Borick recently won the honor of the PA Bankers Future Under 40 Award and is currently enrolled in the PA Bankers Leadership Institute. Borick also holds a dual master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Scranton.

Fidelity Bank Promotes Annamarie Rittle

Daniel J. Santaniello, President & CEO, Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of AnnaMaria Rittle to Vice President, Regional Retail Sales Manager of the Lehigh Valley Region of Fidelity Bank.

Rittle brings more than 27 years of community banking experience to her new role at Fidelity Bank, where she oversees Branch Administration sales functions. She develops, implements, and achieves annual goals and objectives for the Retail Banking Division, and ensures the department meets all regulatory and operating requirements.

Rittle holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Northampton Community College, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. As an active member of the community, she is the treasurer of Easton Business Association and a member of the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce Programming Committee. She also volunteers at multiple community events through her affiliation with Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP).

Providence Promotes Dan Confer

Confer holds a Master of Science in organizational development and leadership from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College.

Bryanne Caruso Promoted To Retail Branch Manager at Fidelity Bank

Daniel J. Santaniello, President & CEO, Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryanne Caruso to Retail Branch Manager of the Wyoming Branch of Fidelity Bank.

A member of the Fidelity Bank team since 2017, Caruso plays an integral role in the success of the Wyoming Branch, overseeing daily operations to provide exceptional service to Fidelity Bank clients. She participates in outside sales and customer service calls with current and prospective clients, and ensures compliance with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Caruso earned an Associate’s degree in Business Studies from Lackawanna College, Scranton, and she is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. An active member of the community, she is enrolled in Leadership Northeast, Class of 2023.

She resides in Dunmore with her fiancé, Charles Salvo, and her daughter, Emery. When she isn’t working, Caruso enjoys spending time with family and pursuing a variety of interests. Crafting, country music concerts, and watching her daughter play softball are among her favorite activities. She also enjoys outdoor recreation with her fiancé, including kayaking, riding quads, and hunting. With an adventurous spirit, Caruso has been sky diving, snorkeling, and white-water rafting, and she aspires to add ziplining, swimming with sharks, and rock climbing to this list in the future.

Barry Isett & Associates Announces New Department Heads

Barry Isett & Associates is proud to announce the promotion of two long-time associates to department head positions within the company.

Adam Smith, PE, will now lead the Civil Land Development Department. An Isett company shareholder with more than a decade and a half of experience in Civil Engineering, Mr. Smith will oversee 18 associates and serve as a technical resource for projects as well as play a leading role in client management, staffing, department planning, and quality control and assurance. Mr. Smith holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University. He is a contributor to the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Program committee, 401K committee and a past member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Company shareholder Kathryn Forry, MCP, BCO, has been named Department Head of Isett’s Code Inspection & Plan Review team. Ms. Forry has been a vital contributor to the department’s growth since joining the firm in 2011 and will manage a team of more than 70 associates across eight offices as Department Head. Prior to her promotion, she held the role of Wyoming Valley Operations manager from 2018 to 2022 where she assisted with Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (PA UCC) inspections and plan reviews for the boroughs of Dallas, Stroudsburg, and East Stroudsburg as well as New Milford and Penn Forest Townships. Ms. Forry is also responsible for property code inspection services for the City of Scranton’s OECD Homebuyer Program and Housing Rehabilitation Program. She holds a degree in Architectural Drafting from the Lincoln Technical Institute and is active in the Pennsylvania Association of Building Code Officials (PABCO), PA Building Officials Conference (PENNBOC), and the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI).

Jason Bartz, Executive Vice President, has been named President. As President of NDC Asset Management, Jason brings over 17+ years of commercial real estate development, construction, brokerage, and management experience to the organization. Jason also serves as Vice President of Development for NDC Construction Company located in Bradenton, Florida. Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida State University. Jason is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional.

As President, Jason will oversee the daily operations of NDC Asset Management with a staff of over 300 employees located in five states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia. Jason previously oversaw the management of over 380,000 square feet of retail, professional and medical office space has also brokered over $30,000,000 in sales and leases in professional/medical office buildings and vacant property in the Florida Region.


Rick Elwood, Vice President, Southern Division, has been named Senior Vice President of Operations. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Rick manages the day-to-day management operations of NDC Asset Management with a staff of over 300 employees located in five states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia. Rick is a graduate of Florida State University and joined NDCAM in 2004 as a Regional Manager. Rick has over 30 years of property management experience.

Rick has been providing direct operating oversight of the Southern Division since 2008, in addition to being responsible for the company’s growth throughout our Southern Division. During this time, NDC’s Southern Region has grown successfully from 11 properties in Florida to more than 60 properties across three states. The growth under Rick’s direction has included new construction, rehabs, and existing assets, with a vast assortment of programs that include LIHTC, Section 8, Rural Development, Public Housing, Blended Occupancy, Market Rate Housing, and RAD.


James Allen, Regional Property Manager, has been named Vice President, Director of Operations, Florida. James is responsible for the management and oversight of our Florida Region, in addition to client relationships, and new business opportunities. Prior to his current role, James served as a Regional Property Manager for NDC Asset Management since 2019 overseeing a portfolio that included LIHTC, Section 8 and RAD/PBRA properties as well as 394,000+ square feet of commercial office, medical, and retail space in the Bradenton and Sarasota markets.

James earned a B.S. in Finance from Marshall University in addition to being a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Florida.


Kris McDonough, Regional Property Manager, has been named Vice President, Director of Operations, Western Pennsylvania. Kris is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of NDC Asset Management’s portfolio in Western Pennsylvania. Kris joined NDC Asset Management in July 2018 and serving as a Regional Property Manager. As Regional Property Manager, Kris oversaw a portfolio of LIHTC, Section 8 and Market Rate properties in Western Pennsylvania along with 120,000+ square feet of commercial retail and office space.

A graduate of Ohio University, and prior to joining NDC, Kris worked in professional and collegiate sports for eight years, managing sales, business development, and marketing with WME/IMG out of Pittsburgh, Pa. In addition to his managed portfolio, Kris is responsible new business and partnerships, corporate quality and efficiencies, and national vendor relations. Kris currently serves as the Vice President and Executive Committee Board Member of AAMP (Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh).


Allison Hendrick, Regional Property Manager, has been named Director of Operations, Eastern Pennsylvania. Allison is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations of NDC Asset Management’s Eastern Pennsylvania portfolio. Allison joined NDC in 2005, previously serving as a Regional Property Manager out of our State College office with a variety of Tax Credit and Conventional residential communities.

Prior to joining NDC, Allison spent ten years in the banking industry working in collections and management. variety of Tax Credit and Conventional Residential Communities.


Kay Jordan, Regional Property Manager, has been named Director of Operations, Louisiana/Mississippi. Kay is responsible for the oversight and regional management of NDC Asset Management’s portfolio in Louisiana and Mississippi. Kay began her career in property management in 2004 and joined the NDC team in 2012. During her tenure, she served as a Compliance Specialist and has extensive experience in new management acquisitions with blended occupancy lease-ups.

Most recently, Kay served as a Regional Property Manager in Louisiana. Her diverse portfolio consisting of Conventional, Tax Credit, HOME, Permanent Supportive Housing, RAD-PBV, Public Housing and Project-Based Section 8.

Jamie Shnipes Promoted to Branch Supervisor at HNB

Thomas E. Sheridan Jr., President and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, has announced Jamie Shnipes has been promoted to Branch Supervisor of HNB’s Eynon Office.

In making the announcement, Sheridan stated, “Jamie began her banking career at HNB with the opening of our Eynon Office.” He continued,  “We are confident that her knowledge of the local community, and dedication to customer service, will insure success in her new position.”

As Branch Supervisor, Shnipes will be responsible for building customer relationships to help customers with their specific banking needs, as well as supporting the everyday operations of the branch.

Shnipes began her career in the financial industry in 2013 as a Part-time Teller/CSR at HNB. In 2018 she accepted a fulltime position at the bank. She will continue growing her Career as Branch Supervisor of our Eynon Office.

In commenting on her time at the bank, Shnipes noted, “I feel like I have the confidence and the support to grow my career with HNB. I met a lot of great people over the years and I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with their banking needs.”

Shnipes resides in Eynon, Pa. and is a graduate of Valley View High School. Outside of the bank, she enjoys being with family, either attending her children’s sports or spending time at their camper.
