Citizens Savings Bank Promotes Brian Drozdick Citizens Savings Bank is pleased to announce the following promotion. Drozdick has been elevated to Assistant Branch Manager and Security Officer. Drozdick received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Scranton. Drozdick started his career with the bank as an Assistant Branch Manager in the South Scranton Branch in June 2012 and was later transferred to Assistant Branch Manager in the Clarks Summit Branch in June 2020. Drozdick had been assisting in many aspects in the security function over the years which made for a seamless transition. In this new position, he will be taking on the additional responsibilities in the role as Security Officer and will continue to be responsible in assisting in the branch daily operations. Drozdick has worked in various banking positions during his career. He resides in Eynon with his wife Noelle, and two children.
Citizens Savings Bank Names New President and CEO Raymond C. Hebden was recently named as President & CEO of Citizens Savings Bank. A veteran with over 25 years of financial services industry experience, having worked previously as a CEO at two credit unions. Mr. Hebden has held numerous leadership positions in local financial institutions and has an extensive background in all lending and lending operations. “We’re confident that Mr. Hebden can guide our bank into the future. He has a great track record of strategic insights and growth,” said Douglas G. Allen, Chairman of the Board. Mr. Hebden has been an active member of several local Northeastern PA community organizations, such as Lackawanna, Luzerne and Montgomery Chambers of Commerce, a member of the Mayfield Crime Watch, the Honesdale Area Jaycees, and a coach on various local school district sports teams. Mr. Hebden earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Wilkes University.He attended the PA Banker’s Association Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University and The Stonier Graduate School of Banking at The University of Pennsylvania. He also successfully completed the Wayne County Leadership Program. Citizens Savings Bank Announces Promotions Citizens Savings Bank in Clarks Summit has announced the promotions of Walter Belasky and Keleena McNichols. Mr. Belasky has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President/Collections Manager in the Collections Department at Citizens Savings Bank. Walter earned certifications in Security and Fraud Investigations and is a member of the PDCFlow organization. Looking back on his career with the bank, Walter started in January 2020 as a Full Time Collector and was then promoted in January 2021 to the role of Collections Manager. In this new position, Walter will continue to be responsible for the supervision, organizing, planning, and directing of the institution’s loan collection activities in accordance with the institution’s policies and participate in special assignments as directed by senior management or the Board of Directors. Mr. Belasky resides in Moscow. Ms. McNichols has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager of the Loan Operations Department at Citizens Savings Bank. Ms. McNichols earned her degree in English from Marywood University in 2008 and has held several roles at the bank throughout her career. Looking back on her 14 years with the bank, Keleena started her career as a Customer Service Representative/Teller in our South Scranton Branch. She was elevated to Customer Service Specialist in 2010 and then became a Collector in 2015. In 2019, Keleena took on the role of Assistant Loan Operations Manager and then was elevated to Loan Operations Manager in 2021. Keleena is also Co-Founder and Board Member for Fight 4 Vets and has been Treasurer of the Betty Welby Foundation for the previous 16 years. In this new position, Keleena will continue to be responsible for the supervision, organization, planning and directing the bank’s loan operations function and participate in special assignments as directed by senior management or the Board of Directors. Ms. McNichols resides in Scranton.
Citizens Savings Bank Announces Promotion Citizens Savings Bank Clarks in Clarks Summit has announed the promotion of Eileen Applegate-Huegel to the position of Vice President of Information Technology. Looking back on her 41 years with the bank, Eileen started her career as a part time Checking Department clerk in 1981 and later transferred to full time clerk in the Mortgage Department. In November 1987, Eileen moved into the Data Processing Department as a Data Operations Assistant and then was elevated to Assistant Vice President of Information Technology in 2000. In this new position she will continue to assist in the directing, coordinating, and installing all information technology operations bank wide as well as now playing an instrumental role in helping to advance technology strategies for the bank. She resides in Scranton with her husband and 3 children.
