Jamie Stracham Promoted to Branch Manager of our Hamlin Office

Kate Bryant, President, and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, has announced Jamie Stracham has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Hamlin Office.

In making the announcement Bryant stated, “Jamie’s dedication and customer focused mindset make her a true asset to our team.” She continued, “Her promotion to Branch Manager is well-deserved, and we look forward to her ongoing positive impact for our customers and employees as she assumes her new responsibilities.”

As Branch Manager, Stracham will be responsible for supervising and developing staff, driving business growth within the branch, overseeing daily branch operations, and maintaining customer service standards.

Stracham started her career in the banking industry in 2017. At HNB she quickly grew in her role, starting as a Teller at the Montdale Office and within six months, earning her CSR title. In 2022, she was promoted to Head Teller at the Eynon Office, and in 2024, she advanced to the position of Assistant Branch Manager at the same location. She also holds a notary license.

In commenting on her new role at the Bank, Stracham noted, “Working at HNB has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally; it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I started as a Teller and worked hard to reach my current position. I am grateful to everyone who mentored and supported me on this journey.”

Outside of the Bank, she serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Scott Township.

In her free time, she enjoys riding ATVs, spending time with her four dogs, and embracing the outdoors, especially in the summer. She also loves attending concerts.

Wayne Bank Promotes Kimberly Crellin to Vice President

Jim Donnelly, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Crellin to Assistant Vice President and Hawley Community Office Manager.

Crellin joined Wayne Bank in 2017 and has most recently served as a Branch Manager, where she was responsible for assisting customers and maintaining operational efficiency at the Bank’s Hawley branch. Crellin holds a certificate for General Banking through the American Bankers Association. She enjoys taking part in her community, serving as an active member of the Make a Wish Foundation since 2009. Crellin currently resides in Milford.

Wayne Bank Promotes Tracie Young to Executive Vice President and Director

Young joined Wayne Bank in 2023 and has most recently served as a Senior Vice President, where she was responsible for overseeing the Bank’s risk management framework, which includes Audit, Compliance, Deposit Operations, Fraud, and Security & Facilities. With over 30 years of experience, Tracie is critical to proactively identifying

and addressing potential risks to the operations of the Bank. Young resides in Honesdale, PA with her husband, Neal. They have two daughters.

Wayne Bank Promotes Monica Bell to Assistant Fraud Officer

Bell joined Wayne Bank in 2022 and most recently served as a Fraud & Risk Analyst, where she was responsible for maintaining safe practices and driving operations within our Fraud Department. Bell graduated from Ocean County College, where she received an associate’s degree in criminal justice. Bell spends her free time coaching and volunteering her four children’s sports teams with her husband.

Wayne Bank Promotes Ryan French to Executive Vice President

French holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from King’s College, providing a strong foundation for his leadership in talent development and organizational success. French resides in Waymart with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children, Molly, Cameron, and Reagan.

Allied Services Announces Promotion

Allied Services Integrated Health System is proud to announce the promotion of James Cooney, HSE, NHA, to the position of Senior Vice President of Skilled Operations. Wayne Bank Promotes Among its Wealth Management and Trust Division

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Trust Operations Officer, Marianne McConeghy, to Assistant Vice President.

McConeghy joined the Bank in 2014 as a Trust Associate and was promoted to Trust Operations Officer in 2016. With over 35 years of banking experience, McConeghy oversees the daily operations of the Wealth Management and Trust Services Division of Wayne Bank.

McConeghy holds an associate degree from Keystone College. She resides in Waymart, PA with her husband, Tom. They have one daughter.

Collin joined Wayne Bank in 2022 and currently serves as a Commercial Loan Officer where he is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, initiating new business, and deepening current business relationships in his service areas of Wayne and Pike counties.  He is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.  He is in the process of continuing his education at the PA Banker’s Advanced School of Banking.  Collin resides in Pleasant Mount where he is a member of the Honesdale Jaycees.

PS Bank Announces Promotion of David B. Wintermute

PS Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of David B. Wintermute to Senior Credit Administration Officer / Senior Vice President.

Wintermute has been with PS Bank since 2021, previously serving as Senior Credit Officer. Under his leadership, the credit function has further developed and expanded.

PS Bank Announces Promotion of Sean Ann Schoen

PS Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Sean Ann Schoen to Marketing Director / Vice President. Sean Ann has been with PS Bank since 2020.

As Marketing Director / Vice President, Sean Ann will continue to oversee the bank’s marketing and communications as well as assume additional corporate and community-based responsibilities.
