Citizens Savings Bank Announce Promotion of Kathy Sedorovitz Ms. Sedorovitz has been promoted to the position of AVP/Compliance & BSA in the Administrative Offices in Clarks Summit, effective January 1, 2026. She joined Citizens Savings Bank in June 2011 as a teller and was later promoted to eBanking specialist, followed by her most current role as Assistant Deposit Operations/eBanking Manager.
