In this role, Kayla uses her technical skills and data analytics expertise to lead the Bank’s Business Intelligence Division. Under her guidance, the division leverages data to drive smarter, more informed decisions across the organization. An integral part of Wayne Bank for 14 years, Kayla has held various roles. Before joining the Business Intelligence Division, she served as Assistant Vice President and Consumer Loan Officer for the Bank.

Kayla is actively involved in her community, serving on various school and sports committees. This balance between her professional and personal life contributes to the thoughtful, well-rounded approach she brings to her work each day. She resides in Waymart with her husband, John, and their three children, Finley, Natalie, and Logan.

Wayne Bank Promotes Justin Roach to Creative Officer

In this role, Justin oversees the Bank’s visual marketing strategy, brand performance, and digital presence, including social media and online representation. A valued member of the Wayne Bank team for more than eleven years, he has led numerous digital campaigns and creative initiatives that have enhanced brand awareness and engagement. Known for his positive energy, collaborative spirit, and adaptability, Justin brings both creativity and strategic insight into the Bank’s marketing efforts.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Scranton. In addition to his work at Wayne Bank, he has built an impressive freelance career and extensive creative portfolio, with more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. His work includes serving as a lead illustrator and designer for a variety of high-profile clients, including Snoop Dogg. Prior to joining Wayne Bank, Justin held a visual and social media role at the University of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Scranton with his girlfriend, Rebekah.

Fidelity Bank: Bartoli Promoted to Retail Branch Manager

Daniel J. Santaniello, President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce that Alyssa Bartoli, has been promoted to Retail Branch Manager of the Fidelity Bank Financial Center branch in Scranton.

In her new role, Bartoli is responsible for building relationships with clients, delivering personalized service that fosters trust and long-term loyalty. As Branch Manager, she will also align bankers with strategic initiatives, recognition programs, and development opportunities that empower them to thrive and in turn generate an elevated client experience.

Fidelity Bank: Sadaka Promoted to Senior Mortgage Underwriter

Daniel J. Santaniello, President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce that Melissa Sadaka has been promoted to Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Fidelity Bank.

In her new role, Sadaka leads and mentors a team of skilled mortgage underwriters. She ensures that loan decisions align with investor and regulatory guidelines, reviews complex financial elements and property appraisals, drives quality control process improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.

Currently residing in Olyphant, PA, Sadaka is a graduate of Valley View High School and received her associate’s degree from Keystone College in 1994. She has been the Treasurer for the Mid Valley Boys Basketball team for the past 4 years. Sadaka is also part of Amplify Leadership Northeast class of 2025.

Wayne Bank Promotes Polley to Assistant VP, Payroll Officer

Jamie joined Wayne Bank in 2014 and brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to our team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton. Jamie resides in Lake Ariel with her two children, Mia and Frank.

Citizens Savings Bank Announce Promotion of Kathy Sedorovitz

Ms. Sedorovitz has been promoted to the position of AVP/Compliance & BSA in the Administrative Offices in Clarks Summit, effective January 1, 2026. She joined Citizens Savings Bank in June 2011 as a teller and was later promoted to eBanking specialist, followed by her most current role as Assistant Deposit Operations/eBanking Manager.

Ms. Sedorovitz will assist management in keeping up to date with compliance issues, be the central point of contact and coordination of all regulatory/legal compliance changes and to ensure that the Bank follows all regulatory requirements. The position will also act as BSA Compliance Officer to develop, implement and administer effective written BSA/AML and Compliance Programs. This position will advise the Board of Directors, management and department personnel of emerging compliance issues and will consult and guide the bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.

Ms. Sedorovitz resides in Scranton with her husband. They have one adult daughter.

Wayne Bank Promotes Kennedy to Senior VP, PA Retail Banking Market Manager

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce Deborah Kennedy’s promotion to Senior Vice President and PA Retail Banking Market Manager.

In this role, Deb leads the Bank’s profitability, development, and growth across the PA market. She oversees the delivery and support of all banking services, including lending and other financial products. Through her strong leadership, strategic insight, and customer-focused approach, Deb guides the Bank’s PA offices with positive energy, innovative thinking, and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Deb brings more than twenty years of banking experience to her role and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from King’s College, along with a Master of Business Administration from Capella University. Deeply committed to service, she consistently places her community and the people around her at the forefront of her work. Deb serves as Co-Chair of the Scranton Diocese Catholic Women’s Conference, where she is widely recognized for her dedication to giving back and inspiring others through leadership and service. She is past President of Abington Rotary and the Abington Heights Civic League and has served in various leadership positions for both organizations. Deb resides in South Abington Township with her husband, John, and together they have three children and six grandchildren.

Wayne Bank Promotes Corissa O’Malley

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Corissa O’Malley to Vice President and Loan Documentation Manager.

“I’m thrilled to announce Corissa’s well-deserved promotion. In her 14 years with us, Corissa has gone above and beyond to prove her dedication and loyalty to Wayne Bank. I’m confident in her continued leadership as she manages the residential loan documentation and processing department and am excited to see what her new role brings,” said Donnelly.

In her new role, Corissa will lead the New York and Pennsylvania retail loan processing and documentation teams.

Corissa joined the Bank in 2011, and has held several positions during her tenure, including Floating Teller, Administrative Specialist, Residential Mortgage Processor and Loan Documentation Officer. With her vast experience within the banking industry, Corissa plays a critical role in ensuring operations run smoothly and loans are properly maintained.

Corissa resides in South Canaan, PA, with her husband, Eugene, and their two children.

Jamie Stracham Promoted to Branch Manager of our Hamlin Office

Kate Bryant, President, and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, has announced Jamie Stracham has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Hamlin Office.

In making the announcement Bryant stated, “Jamie’s dedication and customer focused mindset make her a true asset to our team.” She continued, “Her promotion to Branch Manager is well-deserved, and we look forward to her ongoing positive impact for our customers and employees as she assumes her new responsibilities.”

As Branch Manager, Stracham will be responsible for supervising and developing staff, driving business growth within the branch, overseeing daily branch operations, and maintaining customer service standards.

Stracham started her career in the banking industry in 2017. At HNB she quickly grew in her role, starting as a Teller at the Montdale Office and within six months, earning her CSR title. In 2022, she was promoted to Head Teller at the Eynon Office, and in 2024, she advanced to the position of Assistant Branch Manager at the same location. She also holds a notary license.

In commenting on her new role at the Bank, Stracham noted, “Working at HNB has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally; it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I started as a Teller and worked hard to reach my current position. I am grateful to everyone who mentored and supported me on this journey.”

Outside of the Bank, she serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Scott Township.

In her free time, she enjoys riding ATVs, spending time with her four dogs, and embracing the outdoors, especially in the summer. She also loves attending concerts.

Wayne Bank Promotes Kimberly Crellin to Vice President

Crellin joined Wayne Bank in 2017 and has most recently served as a Branch Manager, where she was responsible for assisting customers and maintaining operational efficiency at the Bank’s Hawley branch. Crellin holds a certificate for General Banking through the American Bankers Association. She enjoys taking part in her community, serving as an active member of the Make a Wish Foundation since 2009. Crellin currently resides in Milford.
