Munley Law is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys Marion Munley, Daniel W. Munley, and Caroline Munley – were selected to the 2023 Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers List. Caroline’s father, the late Robert W. Munley, instilled her commitment to fighting for justice for all

victories, Caroline works tirelessly to better the local communities of northeast Pennsylvania. She
serves as the chair of the Board of Trustees for the Everhart Museum in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and is an active board member for the Women’s Resource Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She is also a frequent contributor to the Scranton Times-Tribune on issues of community safety. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lackawanna Bar Association, International Society of Barristers, American Association for Justice, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
A graduate of the University of Scranton (BA, 1997), Carolyn earned her law degree from the Temple
University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2003.
