FNCB Bank Donates $15,000 to the Greater Wyoming Valley Area YMCA FNCB Bank, locally based since 1910, today announced grants totaling $15,000 through the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Assistance (NAP-SPP) and EITC programs to the Greater Wyoming Valley Area YMCA to be used for childcare and other services in the community.
