Wayne Bank Supports the Wayne County YMCA James O. Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce that the Bank has supported the Wayne County YMCA with a donation through the Neighborhood Assistance Program – Special Priorities Program (“NAP-SPP”). Representatives from the Wayne County YMCA’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership, elected officials from Pennsylvania, and the Northeast Regional Director for the Department of Community and Economic Development accepted a check in the amount of $124,250.00 from Diane Wylam, Wayne Bank’s Senior Trust Officer, and Derek Bellinger, Wayne Bank’s Residential Mortgage Sales Officer. The Dime Bank Donates to Local Wayne County Organization The Dime Bank donates $125,000.00 to the Wayne County YMCA Project through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development under the Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credit Program (NAP). The Wayne County YMCA Project qualifies for the NAP grant under a Special Programs Priorities as this project is considered a rural initiative which encourages nonprofit organizations to develop projects that have a positive community and economic impact in rural areas. This is a multi-phase project to build a new state-of-the-art facility. Citizens Saving Bank Sponsors UNC in Upcoming Designer Purse Bingo United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNC) received $500.00 sponsorship from Citizens Saving Bank for our second annual Designer Purse Bingo fundraiser on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Holy Cross High School in Dunmore. The doors open at 5:30pm and bingo starts at 6:30pm. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Allied Services Receives Donation from Scranton Region Antique Automobile Club Representatives from the Scranton Region Antique Automobile Club of America (SRAACA) recently presented Allied Services Integrated Health System with a $1,500 donation to benefit pediatric patients with disabilities served by the health system. The funds were raised at The Club’s 52nd Annual Car Show and Flea Market held July 16th on the grounds of Allied Services’ Corporate Center in Clarks Summit. This year’s show featured more than 150 antique automobiles.
