EMPOWER TEEN, designed specifically for high school students between the ages of 16 and 18. This dedicated student track focuses on enhancing students’ personal and professional development.
EMPOWER TEEN participants will:
New this year…Students will complete a CliftonStrengths Assessment – a proven science-based tool that helps you learn your unique “talent DNA.” They will then learn how they can use their strengths to guide college choices, career paths, and professional goals. A $300+ value.
EMPOWER TEEN registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a total of 200 registrations available for 2026. Teens may register and attend individually or with their school district.
The cost to attend is $100.00 per student and must be paid in-full prior to the event. This is a discounted rate for TEEN participants ONLY (Regular Conference Rate is $399/attendee).
Transportation is not provided. Students/School Districts are responsible for transportation to and from Kalahari.
In 2025, students from the following school districts participated in EMPOWER: Abington Heights, Bloomsburg Area, Carbondale, Dunmore, Greater Nanticoke, Holy Redeemer, Lakeland, Lake-Lehman, Mid Valley, Old Forge, Panther Valley, Scranton Prep, Tunkhannock Area School District, Valley View, Wyoming Area, Wyoming Valley West. We hope to continue to grow this list in 2026 and would be honored to include your students.
