EMPOWER, The Leadership Experience, presented by Geisinger, is the premier women’s leadership conference in northeastern Pennsylvania.
This is the largest business event and regional conference in northeastern Pennsylvania. More than 900 attendees are expected at EMPOWER 2026.
The conference highlights the ability all women have to create positive change in their communities and in their own lives – both professionally and personally – while recognizing the extraordinary power that exists when women come together to support each other.
The theme of EMPOWER 2026 is “The Power of You.” This year’s EMPOWER Conference focuses on helping women recognize their influence, build confidence, and use their voices to create meaningful impact in their careers, communities, and personal lives. Through inspiring stories, practical insights, and shared experiences, attendees will be reminded that real power begins within. When you embrace the power of you, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
EMPOWER is a full day conference that features two national keynote speakers, 45–50 regional breakout speakers, and panelists that discuss topics such as leadership, personal and professional development, and other relevant themes.
In addition, EMPOWER features specialty tracks like “EMPOWER TEEN”, a program designed for students 16–18 years old enrolled in high school, and “EMPOWER WELLNESS,” a program offering experiences specializing in mind, body, and spirit.
EMPOWER also has a vibrant Vendor Marketplace featuring local businesses offering a variety of products to sample and purchase.
