Valley In Motion to Hold 5K Members News February 15, 2023 Registration is NOW OPEN for the Valley in Motions 5K The race starts at 1pm on Saturday, May 6 and ends with a block party in front of the Backyard Ale House in downtown Scranton. Sign up here. We’ve had a few people register already, including a woman from Idaho. Good news travels fast!We made a couple changes based on feedback last year. We made the walk shorter, adding hydration and a couple Office-themed activities to keep you going. And we’re adding a new turn to make sure runners can’t miss the Dwight Schrute Mural.
