PNC Field lit up teal in honor of National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month

November is National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, so the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders have lit up PNC Field in Moosic with teal lights.

PNC Field is one of more than 1,780 confirmed sites around the world with teal lighting this month.

This illumination, part of the Light the World in Teal initiative, raises awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and highlights the importance of understanding, compassion and support for individuals living with the condition, their families and caregivers.
