KristinHudspeth serves as the human resources manager for The Chamber. In this role, she oversees employee recruitment, engagement, benefits, and compliance. New to the area but with family roots in northeastern Pennsylvania, she has more than 20 years of human resources experience having previously worked with IKEA North America. In addition, Hudspeth is the founder of a consulting firm that previously serviced global clients. Hudspeth received an associate’s and bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York – FIT.
