Kristine Augustine

Kristine Augustine is the vice president of membership and marketing for The Chamber. With more than 25 years of experience in business development, community engagement, and executive leadership, she oversees three divisions—membership and events, marketing and communications, and small business development.

As a member of The Chamber’s executive leadership team, Augustine helps shape strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and strengthen the region’s economic vitality. She also leads MetroAction, the Chamber’s small business development division, where she has expanded financing programs, grown lending portfolios, and provided technical assistance to entrepreneurs. Her expertise includes grant management, membership growth, financial oversight, and executing high-impact marketing and communications strategies.

Augustine began her career at The Chamber in 1998 as a business development specialist before being promoted to Vice President in 2003. In that role, she managed small business initiatives and contributed to the development of The Chamber’s business incubator program at the Scranton Enterprise Center, where she provided direct support services to start-up and expanding businesses.

Recognized for her leadership, Augustine was named to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal’s Top 25 Women in Business and Top 20 Under 40.

Augustine received a bachelor’s degree from King’s College.
