Electric City Improv is expanding beyond the stage with the launch of ECI TeamWorks, a new professional development program that helps businesses and organizations strengthen communication, collaboration, leadership, and workplace culture through the
principles of improvisation.

Designed for companies of all sizes, ECI TeamWorks transforms the techniques used by successful improv ensembles into practical workplace skills. Through interactive, hands-on workshops, participants develop stronger listening skills, become more adaptable, communicate more effectively, and learn how to work together with greater confidence and trust.
