Betsy Hartshorn

Betsy Hartshorn is the finance manager for The Chamber. With more than fifteen years of experience in accounting and fiscal management, she has extensive expertise in nonprofit finance, grant administration, and strategic budgeting.

In this role, Hartshorn is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations and ensuring sound fiscal stewardship to support The Chamber’s mission to promote regional economic development.

Hartshorn received a bachelor’s degree from Marywood University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
