Betsy Hartshorn

Betsy Hartshorn serves as the Finance Manager for The Chamber, bringing more than two decades of experience in accounting and financial management. She has extensive expertise in nonprofit finance, grant administration, and strategic budgeting, making her a valuable asset to the Chamber’s team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations and ensuring sound fiscal stewardship in support of the Chamber’s mission to promote regional economic development.

Hartshorn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marywood University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence across both the nonprofit and private sectors.
