As the CEO of Ryan Leckey Media (RLM), Ryan leads a fullservice marketing and production agency based in Jessup, Pennsylvania. RLM helps organizations across the country break through the noise with bold, data-backed strategy and high-impact storytelling. Ryan and his team partner with brands in healthcare, education, legal, nonprofit, tourism, and lifestyle sectors to drive visibility, trust, and measurable growth.
Ryan spent more than two decades in live morning television, where he built a reputation for connecting with audiences while also leading and producing high-profile special projects. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership & Administrative Studies from Marywood University.
