James Coleman

James Coleman joined The Chamber in 1995. As vice president of finance, he is responsible for the administration of accounting functions which includes, but is not limited to, analysis, audits, budgeting and financial reporting for The Chamber and its affiliates. In addition to his immediate duties, he also oversees the duties of the technical resources manager and public service assistant.

Coleman came to The Chamber staff from PNC Bank, Northeast Market, where he held the position of market finance analyst. Prior to joining PNC Bank, he held accounting positions with Rodin Industries and L.A. Bank.

Coleman is a 1987 graduate from the University of Scranton and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting. While employed at The Chamber, he successfully completed a five-year course of study in Chamber of Commerce Management at the University of Delaware. This nationally-recognized course, which focuses on professional growth and development, is offered by the Institutes for Organization Management and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Coleman also completed the Dale Carnegie course.
