Zamarie Navarro is the membership and community relations manager for The Chamber. In this role, Navarro supports member recruitment and retention, coordinates Chamber events and outreach efforts, and strengthens community relationships that increase the value of membership. She also represents The Chamber at community events and collaborates with regional partners to boost visibility and engagement. Navarro is a bilingual educator, entrepreneur, and language specialist with a proven record of excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and community service. She is the chief executive officer of ZGA One Stop Multiservice LLC, where she leads initiatives that provide in-person and virtual training, curriculum design, and interpreter services, supporting clients with immigration documentation and multilingual communication needs. Navarro also serves as an English as a second language (ESL) instructor at Marywood University, where she designs and delivers engaging instruction to non-native English speakers. Navarro received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from New Jersey City University. She is certified in Pre-K CE, Bilingual/ESL Endorsement CE, and Dual Language Instruction, and trained in Rigor and Relevance and FLENJ methodologies. As a certified proctor for ACCESS, MAP, STAR, and PARCC Administrator (K–12), she combines pedagogical expertise with strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS, PSPP, Smart Board, Zoom, and Google Meet.
