Luis A. Aponte, Jr.

Luis Aponte, Jr. is the founder of Onetech360.  The business delivers scalable, secure IT solutions that help businesses thrive.  Onetech360 specializes in tailored support across cybersecurity, cloud management, and consulting, ensuring operations are efficient and future-ready. As a minority-owned business, we’re proud to bring diversity and innovation to the tech industry.

Aponte is a seasoned IT professional with more than thirty years of experience.  His career began in New York City in the construction industry, where he completed a rigorous four-year apprenticeship. After earning an associate’s degree, he transitioned into the technology sector in 1994. He has since built a diverse and accomplished career, earning certifications in NetWare, Microsoft MCSE, and Cisco. His expertise spans infrastructure, systems administration, and network engineering, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cybersecurity. Currently pursuing his CISSP certification, Luis is committed to advancing his leadership in IT strategy and governance.

Paul Ascenzi

Paul Ascenzi is the owner of Light in the Dark Analytics. The business specializes in business automation and growth by creating innovative, customizable solutions that optimize customer relationships, streamline sales, and boost efficiency.   The business focuses on AI integration and custom automation services. 

Ascenzi has decades of experience in software development for financial services and messaging systems (SMS, Voice and E-mail) for energy companies.  Ascenzi received a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.  

Kenneth Berry

Kenneth Berry is a software developer at ResideSync, an AI-driven property management platform transforming the way landlords, tenants, and service providers connect. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Berry’s lifelong passion for computers began with a curiosity about how things worked—a sense of wonder that he describes as “like magic.” This early interest grew into a career in software development, beginning in the defense industry where he refined his technical skills and problem-solving mindset.

With the advent of artificial intelligence, Berry has embraced new tools to advance software development, leveraging state-of-the-art models such as GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, and Google Gemini. His focus is on creating applications that maximize productivity and deliver seamless, satisfying user experiences—reflecting a new passion built upon his foundational love of technology.

Berry’s academic achievements include dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering (2010), followed by a Master of Science in Computer Engineering (2012) from Florida International University. His combination of formal education, professional experience, and innovative drive continues to shape his role at ResideSync, where he contributes to building AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency and transform property management for the modern era.

Marc Gonzalez

Marc Gonzalez is a co-founder of Site2, a managed service provider and consulting services firm serving regulated industries. With more than 30 years of experience, he leads a team of consultants and analysts that perform security assessments, security awareness training, vulnerability management, and penetration tests.

Gonzalez has also served as the Cybersecurity Program Director for the Center for Technology Innovation (CTI) at Lackawanna College in Scranton, PA, for the last four years. In this role, Gonzalez defines the curriculum for the Cyber Security associate degree, Cyber Security continuing education certifications, and corporate training.

Gonzalez received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Scranton.  In addition, he holds several professional certifications pertaining to cybersecurity and information systems. 

Dr. Stephanie Colbry Gresh

Dr. Stephanie C. Gresh is the founder of Future Proof Career Coaching and a professor of business at Penn State University. She integrates AI into education and entrepreneurship. She teaches AI (artificial intelligence), business analytics, economics, and entrepreneurship, blending academic rigor with practical application. Her workshop “AI Basics for All” makes AI accessible, earning her the 2024 Penn State TLT Faculty Engagement Award.

Dr. Gresh is the author of The Soft Side of Industry 4.0. She blends human-centered skills with AI innovation. Dr. Gresh holds a Ph.D. in Leadership, a Master’s and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration—equipping her to empower individuals in an AI-driven world. She also holds a 2024 No-Code AI and Machine Learning certification from MIT.

Alex Molfetas

Alex Molfetas is the co-creator and growth lead at ResideSync, an AI-driven property management platform transforming how landlords, tenants, and service providers connect.

A serial entrepreneur, he has scaled Center City Print into a multi-location printing and signage company with nationwide reach through online sales. His background in real estate development revealed inefficiencies in traditional property management, leading to the creation of Ktema.life as a smarter, AI-powered solution. Today, Molfetas leverages his entrepreneurial expertise and technical insight to integrate AI across multiple ventures, pioneering user-friendly tools that simplify complexity, drive efficiency, and reimagine how technology serves business and community.

Molfetas received a degree in media studies and media technology from Lackawanna College. Molfetas also draws on extensive self-taught expertise in entrepreneurship, sales strategy, and applied AI development, fueling his hands-on approach to building innovative businesses and community-driven technology platforms.

Liam Neville

Liam Neville is a Fractional Growth Coach for Moore Strength and global business operator with over a decade of leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, finance, and compliance.

He has managed multimillion-dollar facilities in the U.S., Ireland, and Italy, led international acquisitions, and delivered results in automation, supply chain efficiency, and profit growth. Grounded by his roots in family-run businesses and sharpened by executive roles in cross-border operations, Liam bridges entrepreneurial grit with disciplined execution. Known for turning complexity into clarity, he advises on compliance, automation, and digital transformation while guiding business leaders in applying AI to unlock efficiency and strategic focus.

Neville holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Dr. William Ramey

Dr. Will Ramey is a seasoned leader, a dynamic speaker, and the owner of Shared Leadership, LLC, a veteran-owned team development solutions provider. With experience leading teams in Fortune 50 companies and as a U.S. Army combat veteran, Will brings the power of collaboration, shared leadership, and team creativity to every audience and organization he serves.

Dr. Ramey values community involvement and leadership development. This includes conducting community workshops for Leadership Lackawanna’s Core, Tomorrow’s Leaders Today, and Executive Programs, Leadership Northeast’s Executive, Juniors, and Impact programs.

A graduate of Drexel University with a doctorate focused on organizational behavior, Will blends his leadership research with real-world expertise to deliver practical, actionable insights.

Ramey received a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, a master’s degree from Webster University, and a doctorate degree from Drexel University.

Brian Reese

Brian Reese is the founder and chief information officer of Reese Networking, a local cybersecurity consulting firm. A seasoned executive, he brings more than 17 years of experience in the field of information technology.

In addition to leading his firm, Reese serves as a professor of information technology and cybersecurity at Penn State University, where he helps shape the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Reese earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University and holds numerous industry certifications in information technology, including cloud computing, computer virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Joey Zarcone

Joey Zarcone is a vice president at Posture Interactive, a Scranton-based digital marketing agency where creativity and strategy work in alignment.

With nearly 20 years in the creative field, Zarcone has guided businesses and organizations of all sizes in telling their stories through bold ideas, thoughtful design, and smart digital solutions. Zarcone’s curiosity for emerging technology and passion for creative problem-solving fuel innovative approaches in business, art, and education.

Zarcone is a graduate of Marywood University, where he spent many years as an adjunct instructor. He is devoted to the NEPA community and contributes countless hours to nonprofit organizations and arts-in-education initiatives.
