Toyota of Scranton March 18, 2020 Toyota of Scranton is concerned with the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak facing our communities and our customers. Please be assured that during this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our Team Members and customers is our highest priority. In addition to monitoring guidance from national and local health organizations and agencies, we are taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety and health of all our customers and team members. Here is what we are doing… For our customers: All of our departments are open and available for business. Our staff is committed to keeping your vehicle safe and reliable during these difficult times. We are willing to pick up your vehicle for service, body work, and/or to deliver parts to your home or work. This will be determined on a case by case circumstance as safety and distance will allow. We maintain a robust online retail presence where a majority of business can be conducted from home. At the dealership: We have added hand sanitizer stations with instructions on correct handwashing procedures as well as “cough etiquette”. We have increased our cleaning requirements in “high touch” areas of the showroom. We are more frequently sanitizing desks, chairs, and minimizing the sharing of pens, phones, and keyboards. On top of these basic steps, for our team members, we are strategically scheduling shifts to reduce the concentration of staff on our showroom and shop floors. These steps will help us keep our customers, team members, and the entire Toyota of Scranton Family safe during this difficult time. Toyota of Scranton leadership will continue to monitor guidance from public health authorities, and we will update our business practices and policies accordingly. Thank you for being part of the Toyota of Scranton family. We wish you and your loved ones good health.
