PennDOT’s District 4 Continues Tradition in 2020

Even in this year of COVID 19 PennDOT’s District 4 continued there annual Christmas Wish Program.

Every year for the past several years, District 4 has sponsored their annual Christmas Wish Program. The goal was to provide 42 people both children and adults from the Domestic Violence Center in Luzerne County and 50 children from Head Start in Lackawanna County and 2 angels from the Lackawanna County Adopt an Angel Program with a gift from Santa.
