Marion Munley Earns Two National Honors Members News April 16, 2019 Munley Law is pleased to announce that Attorney Marion Munley has recently been recognized with two national honors. Munley has been selected to the Lawdragon 500, one of only six Pennsylvania lawyers to earn this distinction. She has also been invited to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. The annual Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America is an elite list of attorneys nationwide from across all practice areas. Members are selected by a combination of independent editorial research and individual nominations and recommendations. The American Bar Foundation (ABF) is a nonprofit research organization dedicated to expanding legal knowledge and advancing justice. The ABF is among the world’s leading institutes for the study of law. The ABF Fellows are judges, lawyers, and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Marion Munley has represented victims of personal injury and heavy truck accidents for more than 30 years. She is the Chair of the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group. Munley has been named among the Best Lawyers in America, and the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers. A champion of victims’ rights, Marion devotes her practice to representing individuals and families in personal injury litigation, with a special focus on cases involving commercial truck and tractor trailer accidents. Marion completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
