Kitchen & Equipment Available at Carbondale Technology Transfer Center

 

The Carbondale Technology Transfer Center (CTTC) has kitchen equipment and facilities to help businesses overcome some of the COVID-19 challenges affecting the food industry. CTTC can rent time in our facility that allows the use of our equipment including:

  • Convection oven (double-deck)
  • 6-burner gas range with oven
  • Steam kettle (40-gallon/tilting)
  • Exhaust hood and ansul unit
  • Candy kettle (20 lb. batches/with cooling table)
  • Label (application) machine
  • Dry-fill bottling line
  • Mixers (40 qt., 20 qt., and kitchen size)
