RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing superior service through accurate, on-time completion of duties
o Operating computer programs
o Pulling orders and packaging product
o Moving, handling, and stocking product
o Using a scale for weighing product
o Operating a scanner and printer to label product
o Complying with safety regulations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong attention to detail and math aptitude
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Support Services-Hoist Repair & Recertification, you will be involved with the overall success of the department by efficiently repairing and recertifying hoists. Tasks would include but not limited to diagnosing, quoting, and repairing a wide variety of Electric, Pneumatic, and Manual Chain Fall Hoists. Fastenal services a wide variety of hoist brands including most major national brands. Possessing a high attention to detail along with a desire to perform a quality job in a fast pace environment is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Processing customer Hoist Repair / Re-cert work orders
o Quoting repair costs on a wide variety of Hoists
o Using calibrated equipment to measure specific parts of the Hoists (micrometer, calipers, tape measure)
o Learning how to inspect and test Hoists using various Hydraulic Load Test equipment
o Performing end-of-day tasks, filing, cleaning, filling supplies for next day’s work
o Following all ISO related Quality Procedures
o Communicating with Fastenal stores and vendors
o Cross training to work in other departments will be expected

Full-Time Shift(s): Sunday-Friday 9pm-12pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time Driver (DOT-CDL), you will be representing the Fastenal fleet as it delivers from its Distribution Centers to its branches and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner
o Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments
o Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Possess or are currently in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License
o Possess a current Health Card OR have the ability to obtain one
o Possess a current Haz Mat endorsement OR have the ability to obtain one
o Ability to meet Fastenal driving record requirements
o Possess strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a CDL Driver
o Ability to maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service (HOS) paperwork
o Willingness and ability to drive interstate routes across state lines
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and maneuver up to 150 lbs
o Ability to successfully complete the required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification, and background check

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior driving work experience
o Experience operating a forklift.

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time FAST Driver/Installer (No-CDL), you will be responsible for delivering and installing machines at the customer’s site including the initial setup, programming, and troubleshooting of our FAST (Fastenal Automated Supply Technology) 5000 Product Vending Machines. You will communicate with the branch, vending support and customer contacts to ensure a smooth and complete installation of the machines and train the customer on the software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Delivering, setting-up and troubleshooting Fastenal’s FAST 5000 Product Vending Machines.
o Maintaining quality and efficiencies while providing for continual departmental improvements
o Communicating with department Lead, Hub Manager, Vendors, and occasionally Fastenal Branches and their customers

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o A valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Prior vending OR customer service experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Mechanically inclined and customer service oriented
o Possess strong attention to detail
o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Willingness and ability to travel 1-3 nights per week
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 70lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
