Michael Normandia is the owner and head trainer of LFG Life Fitness Goals in Clarks Summit, PA. At the core of his business is a passion for helping others connect their body and mind—work and think hard—and intentionally build a strong, healthy lifestyle.

At an early age, Normandia used fitness as a form of meditation when he felt stuck—it was his way of processing, venting, feeling joy, and being uncomfortable. Mike learned that the key to moving his life forward was integrating a strong mindset into his physical routine.

Normandia and his trainer coach members (ages 14+) through increasing the strength of their body and mind—helping them push past their comfort zone and realize their goals in all areas of their lives.
