Creek Road Rentals: COVID-19 Update

As news of the Coronavirus continues, Creek Road Rentals wants to reassure you that we are committed to providing our customers the best service as possible.  For those who have been impacted by the virus, our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you and your families.

Some questions you may have regarding 2020 reservations and events:

  1. Until further notice, our office will be closed to the public.  The safety of our customers and community is our number one priority.  Existing appointments will be rescheduled.  If you had a fitting appointment for a tuxedo, I will be reaching out to you this week to find another date/time best for you.  We will still be available by phone or email, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to speak to us regarding any additional questions you may have.  You can view our catalog online.
  2. Our normal cancellation policy will not apply for any event scheduled in the 2020 season.  No deposits will be lost.  Any event that must cancel, will be issued a credit for a future reservation, with no expiration date.
  3. If your event date must change, we will reschedule it, no questions asked.  If we have the equipment, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you and your requests. Those events that have already paid their deposit and have to reschedule, will have first choice.
  4. Don’t wait to make your reservations!  Now more than ever, it is important to contact us with your plans for the upcoming months.  We will get through this, and when we do, we anticipate our schedule to fill quickly, so continue to make your reservations.
