Dr. Victoria Lombardo recently joined the team at Horizon Dental Care’s Scranton Location. She is a member of both the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.

Robert Ferraro was also promoted to the role of assistant vice president at Honesdale National Bank. Mr. Ferraro will continue in his position as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager II, supervising HNB’s Hamlin and Eynon Offices. Mr. Ferraro joined HNB in 2009 as a loan officer and branch manager of HNB’s Route 6 Plaza office in Honesdale. In 2013, he was named as the manager of HNB’s Eynon office. He assumed the additional responsibility of managing HNB’s Hamlin Branch in 2015.

The Honesdale National Bank has promoted Lacey P. Churmblo to the role of accounting officer. Ms. Churmblo joined the bank as accounting administrator in August 2016. Ms. Churmblo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Marywood University and has successfully completed the PA Bankers Association School of Banking.

Jeffrey Witts has joined Honesdale National Bank as a vice president and deposit and loan operations officer. Mr. Witts holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University and serves as the chairman of the income committee for the Community Impact Process with the United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties and volunteers at the Greater Carbondale YMCA.

Randy Donovan was recently promoted to commercial loan officer I at the Honesdale National Bank. Mr. Donovan began his career at HNB in 2009 as a teller, transferred to the collection department as a collection representative in 2012, and became an administrative assistant in the consumer loan department in 2014, before being named the bank’s credit analyst in 2015. Mr. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from East Stroudsburg University; a diploma from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s School of Consumer Lending and achieved his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Scranton.

Francis E. “Trip” Crowley has been named vice president and branch manager at the Landmark Community Bank branch in Scranton. Mr. Crowley previously worked at Fidelity Bank, where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. His most recent position was vice president and branch manager for Fidelity Bank.

Stephen C. Daiute was recently promoted to executive vice president/branch manager of Greenman-Pedersen, Inc.’s Scranton office. Mr. Daiute began his career with GPI in 2003 and served as director of building engineering for seven years. In his new role, he will oversee all building, transportation and land development divisions within the Scranton branch, along with satellite offices in Allentown, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh.

David B. Wintermute was named assistant vice president and commercial relationship manager for Landmark Community Bank’s Scranton branch. Prior to beginning his role at Landmark Community Bank, Mr. Wintermute held a variety of positions, including credit department manager at Fidelity Bank, Dunmore; credit analyst at Peoples Security Bank and Trust Co., Scranton; and head teller at Penn Security Bank and Trust Co., Scranton.

Bobby Mitchell will serve as the team manager for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders for 2018. He will be joined by pitching coach Tommy Phelps, hitting coach Phil Plantier, bullpen coach Doug Davis and defensive coach Travis Chapman.  Athletic trainer Darren London and strength-and-conditioning coach Brad Hyde will also return to the team this season.

Judith Youshock recently opened Simplify NEPA, which specializes in cleaning, organizing and decluttering both residential homes and commercial spaces. Ms. Youshock was previously the property manager of the Rock Creek Corporate Center and the Shoppes at Rock Creek.
