NEW: Evaluate and prepare site development plans for each site within Phase II of the Valley View Business Park.
Clear and grade sites within Phase II of the Valley View Business Park.
Identify and obtain the resources necessary to complete the design of the PennDOT access road servicing the Valley View Business Park.
ONGOING: Construct the highway improvements to serve the Mount Pleasant Corporate Center.
Complete the infrastructure of the next phase of the Valley View Business Park.
Design and renovate available SLIBCO-owned office space to accomodate future tenants.
Design, finance and begin construction on a new technology incubator facility within the Jessup Small Business Center.
Partner with the Scranton Plan on prospect project development.
