2010/2011 PROGRAM OF WORK
MISSION: "TO MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE THE OPERATIONS OF THE GREATER SCRANTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE."
NEW: Develop and implement a membership retention plan throughout the Chamber organization.
Review the Chamber bylaws to identify and recommend updates.
ONGOING: Implement a streamlined process for membership collections.
