This award was created to honor an individual or organization which has made a significant economic impact on our area by conducting an event in Lackawanna County.
Judging Criteria: The organization shall be located within Lackawanna County. The event must have taken place within the previous year. The event should have a significant economic impact on Lackawanna County. The event should have a social, historical and charitable contribution.
Nomination Submission Instructions: In order to consider and properly evaluate a nomination, the following MUST be submitted:
• Entry form
• Profile: A brief description of your organization. In 500 words or less, please provide a brief history of the event, including such information as the economic and social impact, and charitable contributions, if any that resulted from the event.
Note: No more than five attachments can be submitted. Entries can be self-nominated by an individual involved in the organization.
The award will be presented at the Annual Membership Luncheon.
All Nominations are due by Friday, September 19, 2008
