Weiland, communications directory to the JAYCEES on Saturday, February 4, 2006. A third meeting to present the findings of the Scranton/Lackawanna County Enterprise Strategy project was held. The goal of the meeting was to present the project findings, identify priority development projects and explain the 2004 Enterprise Zone application. Click here to access the Phase III presentation. Announced earlier this year, the Enterprise Strategy is a broad-based economic strategy that was developed by the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County, Scranton Tomorrow and MetroAction, Inc. The public meeting will be facilitated by the project consultants, Hammer, Siler, George & Associates and Wallace, Roberts and Todd.
