Lyndsay J. Grady joined The Chamber in 2016 as Workforce Development and Special Projects Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Workforce Development in 2017.
Ms. Grady focuses on joint economic and workforce development strategies through the Chamber and its affiliates, including the Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), The Scranton Plan and Skills in Scranton. She works on the development of workforce strategy and planning, as well as the integration of these initiatives with economic development activities, further promoting the Chamber’s overall mission of attracting, sustaining and growing businesses within Lackawanna County.
Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in administration and organizational leadership from Keystone College and is working toward a Master of Professional Studies in organization development and change management from the Pennsylvania State University. She has previously worked as executive director of Workforce Wayne/Northeast Innovation Alliance. She also serves as an adjunct professor of business at Lackawanna College.
