Bill Schoen has been consulting at The Chamber for about 10 years in government affairs, workforce development and for our Skills in Scranton affiliate. His expertise brings value to The Chamber and its members by providing professional, expert advice in areas such as state budget, federal funding, and city and school issues. Mr. Schoen started at the Chamber in 1983 as an intern for Leadership Lackawanna. He moved on to Allied Services from 1984-2002, but continued to volunteer at The Chamber on various committees. In 2002, Bill started his own consulting company, Schoen Comm, Inc. He received his bachelor’s degree in public relations and his master’s degree in human resources from Marywood University and The University of Scranton. Email Bill Schoen
