Dear Chamber Member:

One of the many benefits of Chamber Membership is your listing in our online and printed membership directories.

To ensure we have accurate member information, we are asking all members to log-in to the “Members Only” portal in the upper right corner of to review, update and verify your membership information.

Step 2: Locate the “Members Only” portal in the upper right corner of our web page,

Step 3: In order to access the “Members Only” portal, you must have your business’ USER NAME and PASSWORD.  This information is included in all new member welcome packets.  If you do not know your USERNAME and PASSWORD, please contact 570-342-7711.

Step 4: Once you have logged in, click the Quick Link on the right hand side that reads “UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.”   Once this link is opened, you will find all of the editable profiles (employees) listed for your business.  You will note that there are several options for each employee listed as a contact for your business.  However, only ONE main contact can be selected per business.

Please feel free to add additional employees as needed.

If you are the owner of your business and the only employee, for our membership purposes you are considered and employee NOT the employer.

Step 5: To verify the BUSINESS INFORMATION, click the tab in the upper left corner that reads “EDIT MY PROFILE.”  This is where you MUST verify the information associated with your business.   You will note that there are several pieces of information that can be verified in the grey column on the left side.  This includes your address, e-mails,  and directory listing.  Your directory listing is the category that has been selected for your business.  Carefully review your category. Remember that a more common, general category will make it easier for potential customers to find you when they are looking to do business.

At the bottom of this page, enter any “keywords” that enhance the description of your business.  This would include key words that one might use to search for your business if they did NOT know the name of your business.

Step 6: Once complete, make sure to click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.

Please note, all mailing addresses have been confirmed with the United States Postal Service for accuracy.  Unless your business address is erroneous, please do NOT  change address listings.  For example, if your street address is listed as 123 Main Rd., please do NOT change it to read 123 Main Road. This will impact the amount of time it takes for your mail to be delivered.

Please make any necessary corrections no later than Friday,  September 9, 2016.

Once changes are submitted, they must be verified by Chamber Staff, so it may take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated on our website.
