Air Cargo Workshop Planned

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is undertaking an Air Cargo Feasibility Study and invites you to a Business Workshop on Wednesday, June 13th @ 10:00 a.m. in the Airport’s Conference Room.

Airlines, ground handlers; regulatory agencies; freight forwarders and trucking companies, as well as any business with a logistics interest in the area are welcome and invited to attend.   Major distribution and manufacturing companies that are interested in air cargo services are also invited.

The Workshop is presented by the Airport and their Cargo Consultant; Landrum & Brown.  The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the Airport’s Cargo capability an d future desires and to understand regional demand and opportunities.

A more detailed letter of the workshop’s format  and a letter of introduction of the

Airport’s Consultant will follow this invite.
