MetroAction Receives Funding from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A

MetroAction, the small business development affiliate of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to announce it has received a $5,000 contribution from Wells Fargo Bank.  These funds will be used to support the ongoing lending and technical assistance services provided by MetroAction to small businesses in its nine county service area.

“Small businesses are vital to sustaining thriving and vibrant communities,” said Maria Kelly, Regional Banking district manager for Wells Fargo’s Scranton-Pike market. “Organizations such as Metro Action provide local entrepreneurs with access to critical support services, financial resources and network to help them grow their businesses and contribute to local economies. Our foundation support is one the many ways Wells Fargo is building better for our local small business communities across northeastern Pennsylvania.”
